Aims

The Project Objective is to set define standards of competence for ships cooks and develop a new training and competence verification tool that can be used for hotel and catering personnel to become ship’s cooks.

For

All persons in the hotel, restaurant and catering industries sector involved cooking, catering or food preparation that want to follow a fast track to a new career at sea on Merchant ships.

Partnership
